OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

HUGS PLUS HEALTH RENT-OR-MORTGAGE GIVEAWAY

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE ENTRY AND A FREE MAIL-IN ENTRY EACH RECEIVE ONE ENTRY AND HAVE EQUAL WEIGHT IN THE RANDOM DRAWING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

1. SPONSOR

The Hugs Plus Health Rent-or-Mortgage Giveaway, referred to in these Official Rules as the “Sweepstakes,” is sponsored by:

CPHABH HOLDING LLC d/b/a Hugs Plus Health is referred to throughout these Official Rules as the “Sponsor.”

2. ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on October 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 30, 2026. This period is referred to as the “Entry Period.”

The Sponsor’s computer system will be the official timekeeping device for online purchase entries.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than October 30, 2026, and received by the Sponsor no later than November 6, 2026.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

The following persons are not eligible to enter or win:

The Sponsor and its owners, members, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents;
Any parent company, subsidiary, affiliate, advertising agency, promotion agency, prize provider, or Sweepstakes administrator associated with the Sponsor or Sweepstakes;
Immediate family members of an ineligible person, including spouses, parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, and their respective spouses; and
Anyone residing in the same household as an ineligible person, whether related or not.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Sponsor may verify an entrant’s eligibility at any time. Eligibility determinations will be made reasonably, consistently, and in accordance with these Official Rules.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two methods of entry. A purchase is not required.

Entry Method 1: Purchase Entry

During the Entry Period, complete an eligible purchase through the official Hugs Plus Health website.

Each separate eligible purchase transaction completed during the Entry Period will receive one Sweepstakes entry.

The amount spent, number of products included in a transaction, and value of the transaction will not affect the number of entries awarded for that transaction.

Examples:

One completed purchase transaction earns one entry.
Two separate completed purchase transactions earn two entries.
A $20 purchase and a $200 purchase each earn one entry.
Purchasing multiple products together in one transaction earns one entry.

The customer must provide sufficient information during checkout for the Sponsor to identify and contact the entrant, including a valid name and email address.

Purchase entries will be automatically recorded. No separate entry form is required.

An entrant is not required to retain or submit a receipt or other proof of purchase to participate in the random drawing.

A legitimate return made under the Sponsor’s ordinary return policy will not automatically cancel an otherwise valid entry. However, the Sponsor may invalidate an entry associated with a fraudulent, unauthorized, fictitious, manipulated, canceled, disputed, or chargeback transaction.

Entry Method 2: Free Mail-In Entry

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print all of the following information on a postcard or separate piece of paper:

Full legal name;
Date of birth;
Complete mailing address;
Email address;
Telephone number;
The words “Hugs Plus Health Rent-or-Mortgage Giveaway”; and
The following statement: “I have read and agree to the Official Sweepstakes Rules.”

Place the completed entry in a stamped envelope and mail it to:

Each properly completed and separately mailed entry will receive one Sweepstakes entry.

Examples:

One valid mail-in entry earns one entry.
Two separately mailed valid entries earn two entries.
Ten separately mailed valid entries earn ten entries.

Each mail-in entry must be postmarked no later than October 30, 2026, and received by the Sponsor no later than November 6, 2026.

Each envelope may contain only one entry. Multiple entry requests included in one envelope will count as one entry.

Each mail-in entry must be handwritten, addressed, and mailed by the individual entrant.

Entries generated, prepared, reproduced, or mailed by an automated service, commercial sweepstakes-entry service, third-party entry service, bulk-mailing service, or another person acting on behalf of the entrant are prohibited.

Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, computer-generated, mass-produced, or bulk-shipped mail-in entries will not be accepted.

The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, stolen, damaged, incomplete, illegible, postage-due, misdirected, or not received.

Equal Treatment of Entries

Each eligible purchase transaction earns one entry.

Each eligible mail-in submission earns one entry.

Purchase entries and mail-in entries will have equal weight and an equal chance of being selected in the random drawing.

A mail-in entry will not be subjected to any disadvantage, reduced odds, different drawing pool, different selection standard, or additional winner-verification requirement merely because it was not associated with a purchase.

There is no stated maximum number of entries per eligible entrant. However, every entry must be obtained through either:

A separate eligible purchase transaction; or
A separate, properly completed, individually mailed, valid mail-in entry.

An entrant may use either entry method or a combination of both methods.

Prohibited Entry Conduct

Entrants may not use:

False names or identities;
Another person’s identity or contact information;
Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions;
Bots, scripts, macros, or automated entry processes;
Commercial sweepstakes-entry services;
Third-party mailing or entry services;
Mechanically reproduced mail-in entries; or
Any method intended to interfere with the fair operation of the Sweepstakes.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, untimely, generated through prohibited methods, or submitted by an ineligible person may be disqualified.

The Sponsor will not arbitrarily remove, reject, disallow, or disqualify an otherwise eligible entry.

Proof that an entry was submitted, purchased, postmarked, or mailed does not constitute proof that the Sponsor received or accepted the entry.

5. AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES

By participating, each entrant represents and agrees that the entrant:

Has read and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules;
Meets all eligibility requirements;
Has provided truthful and accurate information;
Will comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws; and
Accepts the Sponsor’s reasonable decisions concerning the administration and interpretation of the Sweepstakes.

The Sponsor’s decisions will be final and binding, subject to applicable law.

6. RANDOM DRAWING AND ODDS OF WINNING

On or about November 13, 2026, the Sponsor or an independent Sweepstakes administrator selected by the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.

Three potential winners will be selected in the following order:

One potential first-place winner;
One potential second-place winner; and
One potential third-place winner.

Every eligible entry will have equal weight in the random drawing, regardless of whether the entry was obtained through a purchase or the free mail-in method.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

No winner will be predetermined.

The Sponsor will not manipulate, rig, or administer the drawing to allocate a winning entry to a particular person, purchase amount, entry method, geographic area, portion of the Entry Period, retailer, agent, affiliate, or other predetermined category.

7. PRIZES

First-Place Prize

One verified first-place winner will receive a cash prize equal to the amount of one month of the winner’s current rent or mortgage payment, up to a maximum of $3,000 USD.

The first-place Prize will be calculated as follows:

If the winner’s verified monthly rent or mortgage obligation is less than $3,000, the winner will receive the verified monthly amount.
If the winner’s verified monthly rent or mortgage obligation is $3,000 or more, the winner will receive $3,000.
The maximum approximate retail value of the first-place Prize is $3,000.

The potential first-place winner must provide documentation reasonably acceptable to the Sponsor verifying the amount of the winner’s current rent or mortgage obligation.

Acceptable documentation may include:

A current lease;
A current mortgage statement;
A current rent statement;
A payment ledger;
A canceled check;
An electronic payment record; or
Other documentation reasonably requested by the Sponsor.

The documentation must identify the potential winner or otherwise establish the portion of the monthly rent or mortgage payment for which the potential winner is legally responsible.

A potential first-place winner who cannot verify a current rent or mortgage obligation may be disqualified, and an alternate potential first-place winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Second-Place Prize

One verified second-place winner will receive:

One $350 Hugs Plus Health gift card; and
One Hugs Plus Health sweatshirt with a maximum approximate retail value of $92.50.

The maximum approximate retail value of the second-place Prize is $442.50.

Third-Place Prize

One verified third-place winner will receive:

One $150 Hugs Plus Health gift card; and
One Hugs Plus Health sweatshirt with a maximum approximate retail value of $92.50.

The maximum approximate retail value of the third-place Prize is $242.50.

Total Prize Value

The maximum total approximate retail value of all Prizes is $3,685, consisting of:

A first-place Prize valued at up to $3,000;
Hugs Plus Health gift cards with a combined value of $500; and
Two Hugs Plus Health sweatshirts with a combined maximum approximate retail value of $185.

The actual total Prize value may be less than $3,685 depending on the verified first-place winner’s monthly rent or mortgage payment.

The appearance, color, style, and available size of the sweatshirts may vary.

Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions provided with the gift cards and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

No winner may transfer, assign, sell, or exchange a Prize.

No Prize substitution is permitted by a winner.

If an advertised Prize or Prize component becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

The Sponsor will not award more Prizes than the number stated in these Official Rules.

All Prizes will be awarded, subject to sufficient eligible entries, winner verification, and compliance with these Official Rules.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified using the email address or telephone number provided with their entries.

The Sponsor anticipates sending initial winner notifications within approximately two weeks after the random drawing.

A potential winner must respond within seven calendar days after the Sponsor sends the initial notification.

A potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return:

An Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility;
A Liability and Publicity Release, where lawful;
IRS Form W-9 or other applicable tax documentation;
Proof of identity;
Proof of age;
Proof of legal United States residency;
Complete contact and delivery information; and
For the potential first-place winner, documentation verifying the applicable rent or mortgage obligation.

A potential winner may be disqualified if the potential winner:

Does not respond within the required time;
Cannot be contacted using the information provided;
Is determined to be ineligible;
Refuses or is unable to accept the Prize;
Does not provide required documentation;
Provides false, incomplete, or misleading information;
Violates these Official Rules; or
Has a notification or Prize returned as undeliverable.

If a potential winner is disqualified, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner through another random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

No entrant is a winner until the Sponsor verifies the entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

The Sponsor may publicly announce a winner only after the verification process has been completed.

9. PRIZE DELIVERY AND TAXES

The Sponsor expects to deliver each Prize within approximately 60 days after the applicable winner has been verified and has provided all required documentation.

The first-place Prize may be delivered through check, ACH transfer, or another lawful payment method selected by the Sponsor.

The second-place and third-place Prizes may be delivered electronically, by mail, or through a commercial delivery service.

The Sponsor is not responsible for a Prize that is lost, stolen, damaged, or misdirected after delivery to the verified address or account supplied by a winner.

Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting and using a Prize.

A winner may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9.

The Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or another tax form when required by law.

Winners should consult their own tax advisers concerning the tax consequences of accepting a Prize.

10. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize authorizes the Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city, state, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, and Prize information for reasonable Sweepstakes-related advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

Nothing in this section requires a winner to provide a testimonial or make a statement that does not reflect the winner’s honest opinion or experience.

11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its owners, members, officers, directors, employees, representatives, contractors, agents, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and administrators from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, expenses, or causes of action arising from:

Participation in the Sweepstakes;
Acceptance, possession, delivery, use, or misuse of a Prize;
Incorrect or inaccurate entry information;
Technical, network, telephone, internet, website, software, hardware, or communication failures;
Delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or postage-due mail;
Unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes;
Administrative, printing, typographical, technical, or human errors; or
Injury or damage to a person’s device resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Sponsor may disqualify a person whom the Sponsor reasonably determines has:

Tampered with the entry process or random drawing;
Attempted to obtain unauthorized entries;
Submitted false or fraudulent information;
Used bots, scripts, automated services, multiple identities, or prohibited third-party services;
Interfered with the operation, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes;
Violated these Official Rules; or
Threatened, harassed, or abused another entrant, the Sponsor, or a Sweepstakes administrator.

The Sponsor will apply eligibility and disqualification standards consistently and will not arbitrarily reject an otherwise eligible entry.

If fraud, tampering, technical failure, natural disaster, public emergency, government action, or another event outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the security, fairness, integrity, or administration of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may suspend or modify the affected portion of the Sweepstakes as reasonably necessary.

If the Sweepstakes cannot continue, the Sponsor may select the winners through a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the disruption.

The Sponsor will award the advertised Prizes unless awarding a particular Prize is prohibited by law.

Any attempt to deliberately damage a website, manipulate the entry process, or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal or civil law. The Sponsor reserves the right to pursue lawful remedies against the responsible person.

13. PRIVACY

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with these Official Rules and the Hugs Plus Health Privacy Policy available on the Sponsor’s official website.

The Sponsor may use entry information to:

Administer the Sweepstakes;
Confirm eligibility;
Record and process entries;
Detect and prevent fraudulent entries;
Contact and verify potential winners;
Deliver Prizes;
Satisfy tax, recordkeeping, and legal obligations; and
Send marketing communications when the entrant has separately consented to receive them.

Entering the Sweepstakes does not require an entrant to consent to marketing emails or text messages.

Any consent to receive marketing communications must be presented separately from the Sweepstakes entry and must not be required to enter or win.

14. RECORD RETENTION AND WINNERS LIST

The Sponsor will retain all winning entries and related Sweepstakes records for at least 90 days after the close or completion of the Sweepstakes and for any longer period required by applicable law.

A person may request the names, cities, and states of the verified winners at no charge for approximately 60 days after the winners have been verified.

To request the winners list, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope received by January 12, 2027, to:

Residents of jurisdictions where a self-addressed, stamped envelope cannot lawfully be required may submit a written request using the contact information available on the Sponsor’s website.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

Except where prohibited by law, these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without applying conflict-of-law rules that would require the application of another jurisdiction’s laws.

Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes or a Prize must be brought individually and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action, to the extent such a restriction is permitted by law.

Any legal proceeding must be filed in an appropriate state court located in Seminole County, Florida, or in the federal court having jurisdiction over Seminole County, Florida.

Nothing in these Official Rules prevents an entrant from exercising a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

16. SEVERABILITY

If a provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Headings are included only for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of these Official Rules.

17. SOCIAL-MEDIA DISCLAIMER

The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social-media platform on which it may be promoted.

Each entrant understands that the entrant is providing information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or another social-media platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant releases the applicable social-media platforms from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes.

Questions concerning the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor and not to a social-media platform.
